Built on a ridge in Kakkadampoyil, where the clouds come up to meet you.

We Land Resort sits on a ridge in Kakkadampoyil with an infinity pool facing the mountains, a sky deck that walks out over the valley, six rooms, a dormitory for groups, and a hall for meetings and celebrations.

Kakkadampoyil sits at the edge of the Western Ghats, fifty kilometres up the hills from Kozhikode, and is known for exactly what you see from the deck: mist filling the valley at dawn, waterfalls a short drive away, and sunsets over ridge after ridge. The resort is small enough that the kitchen knows how you take your coffee by the second morning.

We Land Resort from the air: the main building and the pool on the hilltop, forest falling away below and mist along the ridge

Most mornings here begin inside a cloud.

By half past seven it sinks into the valley,

and We Land is left standing above the mist.

Six rooms and a dormitory.

The rooms share the main building, the rooftop and the pool. The dormitory is a separate block below, with bunk beds and its own deck for groups. Both come with the run of the grounds: the sky deck, the play area, the campfire lawn.

  • Attached bathroom
  • Dusk from the balcony
